Directions to Wellington Teddy Bears Picnic The Teddy Bears' Picnic is back in Frank Kitts Park on Wellington's beautiful waterfront for 2012. The best way to get there - a lovely stroll from Oriental Parade along the waterfront or a 15 - 20 minute walk from Wellington Railway station.To download a map of Frank Kitts Park and the surrounding area click here.  Other parking information on the waterfront.  There is no parking at Frank Kitts Park as the underground market will be on! There is all day parking for $4 at Willeston st car park .  Alternatives are the Wilson carpark under TSB Arena or WCC Library car park. Mobility parking (three) is available at the Jervois Quay slip lane or again in the Wilson car park under TSB arena A bus or train is always a good way to go too.
